Powering Businesses with Intelligent Technology
From business problem to system in production.
Tell us the thing that keeps breaking, costing too much, or moving by hand. We come back with an AI and AWS system that fixes it. Designed, built and run by 13× certified cloud engineers.
Intelligence & automation
Agents and assistants that finish the repetitive work.
AWS cloud foundation
Serverless, secure, and cheap to run when idle.
Product people actually use
Web and mobile surfaces built to be maintained.
Lower AWS spend
Right-sizing and refactoring, at the same delivery pace.
To first production release
Typical for a scoped first phase.
Uptime on managed workloads
Monitored, patched and on call by the team that built it.
"It is so professional, and with the amount of time you turned this around we cannot send enough thanks."
Certified across the AWS stack

Five stages. Select one to see what actually happens.
No two engagements start at stage one. Some clients arrive with a rising AWS bill, others with an AI mandate and no scope. The path is the same. The entry point is yours.
We start with the constraint you can already feel
Before any technology conversation, we get the problem stated in operational terms: what is slow, what is expensive, what breaks under load, and what happens to the business if it stays that way for another year.
A one page problem statement your leadership team recognises.
We design the smallest system that solves it
Architecture decisions get made against your constraints rather than against a reference diagram: what your team can maintain, what your compliance position allows, and what the cost curve looks like at three times today's load.
An architecture diagram and a cost model your finance team can sign off.
We build in your accounts, in the open
Work runs in two week sprints inside your own repositories and your own AWS accounts. You see progress as shipped functionality rather than percentage complete estimates, and nothing is locked behind our tooling.
Working software in your environment, reviewable every two weeks.
We put it live and stay on the call
Launch includes runbooks, monitoring, alerting and a documented handover. A defined warranty period follows, so defects get fixed rather than re-quoted, and your team is not left holding a system it has never seen the inside of.
A system in production with the documentation to run it.
We tune what it costs to keep running
Once real traffic arrives the numbers change. We right-size, refactor the expensive paths and review the bill with you, so spend follows usage instead of drifting quietly upward every quarter.
A lower run rate and a cost model that holds as you scale.
Four ways to start, one standard of delivery.
Pick the commercial shape that matches your certainty. The engineering discipline behind it does not change.
Dedicated team
Named engineers working only on your product, billed monthly. Context accumulates instead of resetting between projects.
Staff augmentation
Pre-vetted AWS and AI engineers embedded in your existing team, under your management and your process.
Fixed price project
Defined scope, agreed deliverables, agreed cost. Estimation risk sits with us, not with your budget.
Managed service
We run what we built: monitoring, patching, cost control and on call, with response times agreed before launch.

Not sure which one fits?
Most clients start with a small paid pilot, then move to a dedicated team.
Five things we are genuinely good at
Everything here is running in production for somebody right now.

Generative & Agentic AI
Assistants and agents grounded in your own knowledge, finishing work inside real workflows instead of answering trivia.

AWS Migration
Legacy systems moved to cloud native without a maintenance window, using playbooks we have already run.

Cost Optimization
Right-sizing, reservations and refactoring bring an average 32% lower AWS bill at the same delivery pace.

Serverless Architecture
Capacity that follows demand and costs nothing when idle. Zero to millions with nothing to babysit.

Product Engineering
Web and mobile surfaces built to be maintained, using Next.js, TypeScript, React Native and CI/CD from day one.
Where our systems are already running.
Different regulations, same discipline. These are the sectors where we know the constraints before the first call.
Healthcare
Triage guidance, patient portals and careful handling of clinical data.
Government
Employee apps and case systems for county level agencies.
Education
Multi country cohort platforms that scale with enrolment.
Recruitment & HR
High volume screening, consistent evaluation and faster shortlists.
Fintech
Payments, wallets and risk workflows on auditable infrastructure.
Retail & E-commerce
Catalogue, checkout and capacity that follows real demand.
Logistics
Tracking, routing and field operations that work offline.
Startups
MVPs built to survive contact with real users and real load.
Yes, we cover your stack.
The stack we are in every week, chosen for what you can maintain rather than what we like building in.

"Nobody wakes up wanting cloud architecture. They want the thing that keeps breaking to stop breaking."
So that is where we start. My team has been building on AWS since 2020, long enough to know the interesting part is rarely the technology, it is understanding the business well enough to pick the boring, reliable version of it. We stay small enough that you talk to the people doing the work, and certified enough that nobody has to take our word for it.
If something complicated is sitting on your desk right now, bring it to the call. Worst case, you leave with a plan and we never work together.
Said by the people who signed the work off.
"It is so professional, and with the amount of time you turned this around we cannot send enough thanks. Work like this sets us apart from others."

"They took a platform we had outgrown and rebuilt it around how our coaches actually work. The handover was smooth, and support since launch has been just as solid."
"We went from manual spreadsheets to a system that runs itself. The team asked the right questions upfront, which saved us a lot of rework later."
"Clear communication from day one, and a team that understood our constraints. What they delivered matched exactly what we needed, nothing more and nothing less."
"We came back for a second project because the first one just worked. Same responsiveness, same attention to detail, no surprises."
Rather hear it from them?
Three clients recorded their own review. No script, no editing on our side.
The same people, from first call to production.
No handover to a delivery pod you have never met. The engineers who scope the work are the ones who build and run it.
Real systems we built, still running today.
Frequently asked questions.
Everything teams ask before choosing a partner: engagement, pricing, security, delivery and who owns what at the end.
Still have a question?
Ask us directly. An engineer answers, not a form auto reply.
Email hello@shadhinlab.comA scoping call covering the problem, your existing systems, timeline and budget range. Within about a week you get a written architecture direction, a recommended team shape and a cost model. That document is yours whether or not you hire us.
You do. Source code, documentation and designs transfer to you on payment, and that is written into the agreement before work starts. Repositories sit in your own organisation from the first commit, so there is nothing to hand over at the end. We sign an NDA before any detailed discussion.
We hold ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 9001 for quality management, both independently audited. In practice that means signed NDAs, role based repository access, and infrastructure provisioned inside your own AWS accounts so your data stays under your control. Specific requirements such as HIPAA or a GDPR data processing agreement are scoped per engagement.
Cost is driven by team composition and duration far more than by hourly rate, so we do not quote a figure before understanding scope. After a scoping call you receive a written estimate with the team shape, a phase breakdown and a cost model you can take to your own finance team. Fixed price, time and materials, and monthly dedicated team arrangements are all available.
Teams commit to a fixed overlap window with your working hours for standups, reviews and live problem solving. Our New York entity handles anything needing a same hour response, while engineering runs from Dhaka. Work queued at the end of your day is picked up overnight and ready for review the next morning.
A defined warranty period covering defect fixes at no additional cost, then an optional managed service for monitoring, patching, security updates and cost control. Response times and support tiers are agreed before launch rather than negotiated during an incident.
Yes. A small, scoped, paid pilot is a common way to begin. It gives you real evidence about code quality, communication and delivery pace before a longer commitment, and gives us real context about your systems before estimating larger work.

Bring the thing that keeps breaking.
A 45 minute call with the engineers who would do the work. You leave with an architecture direction and a cost model, whether or not you hire us.
